Class Schedule

First Wednesday of each month:  Wellness Orientation Workshop features information to help patients get better faster and have better long term health. Participants learn the basics of ergonomics and how to apply those basics to habits like sitting and standing.

Second Wednesday of each month:  Mediation Made Easy- see our tab on this wonderful class to help you relieve your stress rather than let it make you sick. 020.JPG

Third Wednesday of each month: We rotate a variety of classes such as our diet class to lower your inflammation through diet, starting an exercise program, and stress reduction.
